What an appalling list. Glad there were a couple of things moving in a positive direction, without even shadenfreude. While I engage in some of that, I want to resist, because pointless death is still pointless. I had thought the vaccine-resistant would come around when someone they cared about got sick, but it seems it isn't so. How startlingly quickly we are slipping into a new dark age.
